This is your lucky day if you are looking for the best doctor in Forest Hills! My wife and I have been patients of Dr.Lum for 16 years now. Several years ago, we moved further away from his office, but would not even consider looking for another doctor. Dr. Lum himself is a kind, intelligent, incredibly caring doctor who takes his time when examining you, answers your questions, follows up as needed, and simply gives you a good feeling that your medical care needs are effectively and efficiently addressed.
This Urgent Care also benefits from a wonderful staff that works with him.
Stacey H. is Assistant Office Manager, and you could not find anyone more helpful. We had a vacation planned that required several vaccinations, and her help in making sure we were ready was amazing, and very reassuring. She is always willing to assist us in any way needed. Thank you Stacey!

The overall care was good, but the business was not right. I was told I didn't have to pay a visit fee because I was getting the yellow fever vaccination. I told them I also wanted to get the whopping cough vaccination and was also told I didn't have to pay for it because it would be billed to my insurance. So I paid for the yellow fever vaccination. After I received both vaccination I was told I had to pay $35 visit fee for the whopping cough. I explained that was not right to tell me after and had I known that, I wouldn't have gotten it there because me job gives them for free. Also, someone else came in with an issue related to the business side of his visit when I initially paid. I would only go here if I needed care.

He listens and very compassionate and attentive to the patient’s need. He explains everything thoroughly and answers all my concerns. That’s why we keep coming back to this urgent care facility.

I did not have to wait long on a Saturday afternoon. Street parking was easy. The front desk staff were warm and seemed to enjoy working there. The waiting area and entire office seemed clean and well-cared for. Dr. Stone was very helpful with my wound care. She took plenty of time to answer all my questions, clean my wound with care, and walk me through what to do at home.

UPDATE:
Exactly one month ago, I saw Dr. Lum. My symptoms were out of control and I was afraid. Dr. Lum patiently listened to me, assessed my symptoms and changed my medication regimen. I have not had any symptoms since and I am very grateful! I highly recommend this urgent care center!!!

This was my 2nd time seeing Dr. Lum. He listened to my concerns and read his notes from my previous visit. After assessing my symptoms, he prescribed a new medication. Also, he had bloodwork done. It has been 5 days since the visit and I am pleased to say that my medical issue has not returned. Fantastic service!!!

I went to this urgent care facility due to the great reviews I saw on various sites. I was not disappointed.
My appointment was at 2pm and I was seen at 2pm.
Dr. Lum was extremely kind, patient, and thorough. He listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. I was very satisfied with my experience here.
